Solstice Sessions

Summertime is on the horizon! It's the perfect time to play, dance, let loose, and tune into our bodies and desires. Join us on Wednesday evenings from May 29th to June 19th as we come together in the lead-up to the year's longest day. We'll celebrate the season's abundance and enjoy making connections with one another!

Week 1:  Setting Intentions, Fire, & Desire

  • Discussion, ritual, and ceremony will be held outside in Connie’s garden space! We will create intentions and connect to the fire within.

Week 2: The Creatrix Within

  • Discussion, ritual/ceremony, and suncatcher crafting together. Discussion, ritual, and ceremony will be held outside in Connie’s garden space!

 Week 3: Energizing the Body

  • Movement is a tool to connect with our bodies and desires.  Enjoy a hike in nature at Mills Reservation together and forest bathing.  

Week 4: Solstice Celebration

  • Summer Solstice Celebration time! Gather for a bonfire in Connie’s garden.
