ABOUT THESE SESSIONS:
Intuitive Healing Sessions are different for everyone, as we allow space for our intuition to guide us. Reiki is the center of the modalities practiced, a Japanese energy healing art. Reiki translates to “universal life energy.” There is a placing or hovering of the hands over the body, creating a shared channel for healing. Yoga, breathing techniques, essential oil anointing, or sound healing may also be used. To close our session, we often draw cards to receive messages and close out our session with beauty and connection!
Intuitive Thai Yoga (Nuad Bo-Rarn) heals and restores the physical, energetic, and spiritual bodies. This ancient, dynamic bodywork session combines yoga-like stretching and movement with massage along the energy lines inspired by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda traditions. The experience is a meditative dance opening the pathway for energy to find flow. The body releases pain and tension. The result is a renewed sense of self: bliss-filled, flexible, and connected.
Intuitive Signature Session combines Thai yoga massage with Intuitive Reiki healing. Breathing techniques, essential oil anointing, or sound healing may also be used as other divination tools to release and restore the body, mind, and spirit!
Intuitive Healing/Coaching Combo is for you if you would like to deeply dive into changing habits and shift your energy. We’ll begin with a wellness coaching session to examine your goals, where you are currently, and where you would like to make a change or grow. Anointing Session is an ancient healing ceremony that awakens the spirit and accelerates the healing process. Traditionally, holy oils were used in ceremonies for birthing, dying, grieving, fertility, and the blessing of sacred unions by Scent Priestesses. Today, we still anoint for these rites of passage as well as to experience healing in any time of need. This 2-hour sacred session is recommended for people who possess a strong desire for healing and a curious heart. The anointed may release energy and stories that no longer serve from this lifetime and lifetimes past.
